The Application Process

Congratulations on passing the initial stages! Now, we'll guide you through our pre-service orientation. During this step, you will need to submit the following essential documents:

 

  • Diploma

  • NBI/Police Clearance

  • TESOL/TEFL certification

  • Valid ID (preferably a passport, PRC, voter ID, or UMID)

  • Personal PH bank account

Embark on your journey with EDGE through our specialized Teacher Training program!

 

  • For Math Tutor Applicants: A one-day training session is required.

  • For ESL Applicants: We have a comprehensive two-day training program scheduled. On the first day, we focus on Kids Training, and the second day is dedicated to Adult Training.

The final step! Once you’ve completed all requirements and training, you’ll officially join the #GenEDGE team.

 

For applicants who don’t pass the screening, you can reapply after a six-month cooling-off period.

Begin your journey by completing the application form. Our team will review your qualifications to ensure a great fit for the role. If approved, you’ll proceed to the Final Interview and Technical Check for further assessment

We’ll assess your communication skills, professionalism, and readiness. A Tech Check ensures your setup meets our standards, ensuring a seamless online tutoring experience. Be at your workstation—cafes or shared spaces may lead to disqualification.
